Q: What is you design process like?

 

In general, projects unfold in the following way:

1. Initial Meeting/Call

2. Quote/Proposal to Client

3. 60% Payment

4. Research, Brainstorming and Initial Concepts

5. Client Review

6. Revisions to Client

7. Final Payment

8. Final Files Provided

Q: What if I am not satisfied  with the work?

 

Before a project has even started I work hard to prevent this from happening by asking a lot of questions and really making sure that I have a complete understanding of your needs. In the event that client isn't satisfied designer will edit graphic three times, if necessary. In the event that more than two edits are made client will be charged a $10 fee.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Q: Which methods of payments can I use?

 

If you are booking online, We ONLY Accept PayPal.

In the event that you want to book a service, but you do not have a PayPal account, do not hesitate to contact me in the message box. I  will work with you by making alternative arrangments.

Q: Do you do revisions, and if so, is there a fee?

 

Upon request, client must be specific to avoid excessive revisions/ edits. I will edit graphic three times, if necessary. In the event  more  than three edits are made you will be charged a $10 fee for each additional revision.

Q: Can we talk on the telephone or in person?

 

Absolutely. If you’re in the Atlanta, area I’d love to sit down with you, discuss your design needs, and answer any questions you may have. All clients have to schedule a  telephone  consultation.  Before you place your order you will be taken to a calendar page to schedule your telephone consultation. After choosing a time and date for your consultation you will be able to pay your deposit.

 

If you rather communicate through email that is also acceptable!

Q: I’m in a rush for a particular project, do you offer rush services?

 

I  usually CAN accommodate your rush job depending on how full my production schedule is. However, additional fees will apply.

Q: What is your Deposit/ Cancellation policy?

 

All services require a 50% deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made. However if you cancel  within 48 hours of your placed order, your deposit is able to go toward a future service.

Q: What if my project is approved and completed, and I change my mind or notice that I want additional changes?

 

Upon acceptance of the Work, you accept  responsibility for any further processes. If I    make changes there will be an art fee.
